Norovirus..... :-(

The virus hit me about 1.30am, frequent visits to the bathroom. I felt absolutely awful. Mum might have it. Not sure what the policy would have been if I'd rung the care company. Could'nt get hold of my brother.
I drove to CK. . Made it to Myms, gloved & masked, made her breakfast, just about made the lap of the heath with Indie. Told Mum I needed to go home. Rog eventually rang me just as I was heading to bed. He went out to give Mum her lunch.
I've slept, taken paracetemol, & sips of water in between sleeping. Made a piece of dry toast at 4.30pm. Not a good idea :-(
Now going to hopefully speak to my brother, & ask him to cover tomorrow. Can't see me feeling much better in the morning.
