STRAVA Day 1395- indoor yoga


Had to go to the city today to deliver a second hand wheel set to someone who saw B's post over FB marketplace. Though, I did not go to our local gym, made sure to hit my step goal and still finished ThenX's workout of the day and lifted weights when I got back home.
