It’s very difficult these days to find absolute peace and tranquility with so many people in action during day and night. It’s slightly easier at the weekend when most of the 9 to 5 workers lying in bed for most of the morning:) I’ve found found a couple of places in North Devon that allow for simply nature to be the only noise, here in this part of the world away from the roads that link shopping malls, restaurants and other public entertainment facilities that peace is much more readily accessible.
ParkRun followed up with a lovely meeting up with cousin E who is struggling to live and cope with his mum and dad in their 90s .
