Fighting Fit

Over the past five weeks the Ikon crew have been embracing our inner Rocky and punching our way through the latest installment of the Ikon Bodyloving Series - courtesy of Kirsty, Scott & Curtis from the Australian Traffic Network and Josh from Bootcamps Australia.

There's been blood, sweat, tears and the occasional spew but it's been a great team bonding experience - how many of you can say that you go to work on a Tuesday and unleash some Eye of the Tiger-esque fury on a colleague?

Our accuracy is getting better too, with no one getting hit in the face this week. Kudos all round!
