Borealis

J, A and I went to Liverpool on the train late afternoon. We had a meal in a restaurant at the Albert Dock and then went out to see the Borealis art display, by Dan Acher.  It uses beams of light passing through cloud particles to mimic the Northern Lights. The weather, wind and atmosphere affect the display, which is forever changing. 

It was slightly disappointing at first, as there have been some wonderful photos of it over the last few days, but it gradually built up. There was some relaxing music being played as well so it was lovely to be there and see it. 

We are lucky to have all these free light events in the city.
