It rained ...

... so I spent most of the afternoon in the sewing room.  16 pieces of FPP, now sewn together into four quadrants.  Next stage - add a suitably shaped piece of background fabric to square off the outer edge of each quadrant. 

I also did a bit of ironing, and a bit of fluting.

W went shopping, and spent some time in his workshop.

I note I'm spreading bits of fabric around the house - tiny offcut fragments noted on the upstairs landing and the stairs - good job the cleaner will be here on Monday.
