An easy day at the holiday cottage, the clue is in the word 'holiday' after all...

Out first thing tho' in the rain for a walk around Fountains Abbey itself with a film in the old SLR. 100 ISO set at 400 but the light weren't great at 7.30am tbh, let's see how that turns out when I develop it tomorrow back home in Edinburgh.

The afternoon walk saw me tramping around the deer park with more deer present at close quarters than I've ever seen in my life, and the whole place being full of some of the bleakest and most haunted-looking trees known to man - witches brooms anyone?
