Sydney Harbour Bridge at night

A huge day of ‘conferencing’. My brain is full to overflowing and we ended the day with a conference dinner. The food was beautiful, the music was loud but wonderful and the entertainment in the form of “vogue dance” was an eye opener. The highlight though, was the view of Sydney Harbour bridge at night from the deck of Doltone House where the dinner was held.
In between the conference and the dinner when we headed back to our accommodation to change, the lift was out of order!! Imagine our horror, particularly as we were on the 29th floor!! We walked the stairs, surviving the ordeal. I had just about decided I wasn’t chancing going out again, planning to forfeit the dinner. Luckily they managed to get the missing part and repair the lift before we left for the dinner. It certainly made me regret some recent life choices, all those times where I decided to skip the walk for the day!! We will sleep well tonight…
