Paint the whole world with a double rainbow!

Ethan was very pleased today when I told him my friend Jane was coming round with her 2 sons for a playdate. First off was Ethan's swimming lesson though and a whizz round the supermarket.

Jane is a star and had brought lots of home baking with her- yum. The boys also seemed to enjoy decorating cakes at our house and lots of bouncing on the trampoline.

This evening I managed my best run so far, doing over 8k. Spotted this lovely double rainbow while I was out. Feeling knackered but very chuffed with myself tonight!
