Quiet Saturday

I would have appreciated a little more sleep than I got last night but alas I woke as usual just after 8 after a mere 6 hours sleep. By the time I got home after my night out yesterday and had a slice of toast and got ready fur bed, it was well after 1.

Phin and I enjoyed a very mild walk round Newbattle and he managed a few dips in the river on the way round. The afternoon passed in some crochet, sorting out washing and emptying the bedding from the caravan.

A lovely hot bath followed dinner and I’m heading for an early night.
