Alder Tree Catkins

A lovely sunny start to the day, but cloud started moving in, and for most of the day, sunshine was hazy. There was a brighter spell, when the thinning cloud let a bit more light through, which we experienced on the morning walk. On the alder trees, the catkins displaying different colours caught my eye.

After work, a wee walk to a café for Friday afternoon coffee and cake. Very cloudy, not much sunshine and no views. Not much else to catch my eye either.
