It’s been a very disappointing day I spent the morning fitting the last of the pipes to the organ and just before lunch I gave it its first pressure test and if failed miserably.
After lunch I looked around and found a couple of little leaks which were easily fixed and still losing lots of air. I then found that nearly all of the 26 valves were leaking. They have to be made very accurately and faced with leather. I made them early on and used some leather left over from the first organ. I also had a lot of trouble drilling the pallets that the leather is fixed to.
It would appear that it I Just wasn’t accurate enough so I spent the rest of the afternoon stripping the organ to get the bit out. I expect this will set  me back a couple of months. 
Never mind still hopeful be done this year
