Tall Tree

Today I went to College in Lewes which made a change meeting new people in a new place & learning new things.
Today it was to do with Nutrition for Good Mental Health & well being.
I found that we eat all that is suggested; but the talk was interesting.
Lunch by this lovely Tree in the Sunshine before going back to learn more.
We finished earlier than anticipated, so home time was earlier.
