Allez!!!

After a good deal of fettling with seat positions (height and layback) - and it has to be said - courage on her part - Anniemay is off. 

She very gingerly rotated the pedals backwards to begin with - less stress on the knee. The extra (phone shot) shows the maximum height that she needs to reach. The crank shorteners are a great success and once she'd moved as far back on the seat as comfort would allow, she could manage a full rotation.

And then she's off. Whooping and a follerin'.

I rush back to get my camera so I can use a slower shutter speed for an arty/whizzy pic. 

I didn't get round to recording any audio, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
