MS Awareness Month

Another of my many Walk MS t-shirts

I started my day by going to my doctor’s office to have lab work done for my annual exam next week. When I got there, I was told my lab appointment had been canceled! Ugh No one told me! So frustrating.

Once home, took some fudge over to Jim and talked with him a bit.

Had lunch with Birgit and I had lavender berry French toast. It was really good.

The weather was cool, 60°F/16°C, with bright sunshine and so I spent most of the afternoon walking around my & Jim’s backyards. The pine pollen is high right now and my feet and lower legs were soon covered in bright yellow pollen.

It was perfect weather to be active outside as not too hot or too cold. It did require washing all clothes and myself once coming inside though thanks to the pollen.
