Shade Tree Mechanic

The fellow in the red shirt had a window that wasn't working.  He ordered the parts and today he and the guy on the bucket (mostly hidden by the door) spent most of the afternoon replacing the broken bits.  Neither one of them has ever done that particular job before, but they jumped right in and got it done.
