We bought a pot of snowdrops at the start of the year which started flowering steadily towards the end of February.

The flowers are multi petalled which I find very attractive. It seemed a good idea to try and capture a macro of them.

Market as usual. Lou was back on the fishmonger stand with just a plaster on his forehead to bear testimony to his accident last week. He's begun threatening to give the fish business up. His brother Perry just laughed.

Coffee at The Flower Lady where I gave Roo Basil's Red Nose Day bandana (see Extra) as it was too big for Baz. Basil was pleased to see Roo who has been away for the last few weeks.

Baz and I went off on Cecily this afternoon aiming to visit Garendon Park but Open Reach have closed the footpaths on Fairway Road so we couldn't get through. We just trundled round the estate instead. Saw a rather fascinating image of a wisteria trunk supporting daffodils on Romway Close. Also an extra.
