after several nights of 3 hours sleep i am really tired…
i had a scan in the Orthopaedic hospital this morning and used the Qube community transport for the first time which was fine….

after watching the news about young boys and men, and listening to Gareth Southgate on the same topic i started watching Adolescence yesterday afternoon…….i was so gripped by it that i watched all 4 episodes and was deeply affected by it…….am still stunned…
