The cottage .

This is the cottage we are staying in. We have had good dry sunny weather all week. A drama on Monday when we were stuck on the Isle of Gigha as the Calmac ferry cancelled all sailings as they couldn't get the part for the ferry. A few people left on there so we had to find somewhere to stay . We had left our car on the main land so next morning we saw a man with a rib taking some people across so asked him if he could take us . Had to climb down a sort of ladder which was hard onto the rib but a great fast boat 10 minutes to get to the other side where the ferry was at the pier. The rib pulled up along side the ferry and a couple of Calmac men helped us up onto the Ferry then walked across the ferry and up some more ladders onto land. It was hard but didn't want to be stuck another day. So that was the drama of the week.
