First butterfly of the year

Another warm sunny spring day before the rain tomorrow. We did a good 5 mile loop walk incorporating part of the coastal path to New Quay. We saw lots of "firsts" brought out by the spring sunshine including this colourful Peacock butterfly. Looking up to the sky we could see multitude of vapour trails of planes heading across the Atlantic (extra)
