Frangipani

Baking day, Rob baked many loaves and I did a few things too!
It was a warm afternoon so I had a brief inspirational of the beehives. One is very strong, lots of pollen being collected and drones flying about!! This is either a sign of a strong colony, or of a failing queen…I’m hoping for the former.
Two hives reasonably busy but still needing feeding.
And the fourth hive which I believed to have failed overwinter turned out to have a very small colony still present. I will feed them on syrup and try to build them up.
