Jar o' Jerky

A jar full of grass fed beef jerky = a very happy David and Jen! This is one of our most favourite snacks

It is the perfect refuel after a Crossfit session, great fun again. No smashing things in my face this time although I did manage to chin myself with the bar when learning how to do a push press (lifting a bar weight from your chest to over your head) – I need to start learning to get my head out of the way!

Push Press 37.5/25 (David 20, Jen 7.5)
Walking Plate Lunges
*200m run before each set (Jen 10 burpees before each set as she has a bad knee, I think I got off lightly here I would have hated to do burpees, urgh!)
