I did it! 

My Midweek Workout. The full 90+ minute version. 

It had been a while, what with a couple of weekends away plus some moments of poor attitude on my part. 

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The lovely March weather added to the enjoyment. So did discovering I have shed 1.5kg in the last 7 days.

I have not done much else today and that was part of the plan.
