Before the beautiful sunset

Worky work, the training I was there to deliver went well. Went to David Lloyd after work for a swim, it a bit of a trek at work kick out time but I can go there under my Worthing membership. Sadly their outdoor pool was being refurbished so I muddled through with the swimming lessons etc inside. There was a beautiful view of the sunset though and I managed to tire myself out nicely, I had dinner there too, v nice it was- never even consider eating at the Worthing one. Although, it was not that nice.

Then I whizzed back to the quays and my hotel for the night.
