Demolition in progress

A real end of an era. They are scooping out the innards of the old Strathclyde Student Union, scene of many a famous concert in the past (sadly although I am an alumni, I didn’t see any of them).

The new Strath Union is now integrated into the new Teaching and Learning building at the heart of the campus. Not sure what the final plans are for this icon.
