Nature in Art

Beautiful day today so we popped down to the museum at Twigworth to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. What it lacks in grandeur at Nature in Art it makes up for in convenience and lack of crowds and cost!
Some stunning images as usual but I have to say I was very surprised at the winning choice. All subjective of course but not imho the most interesting or effective image.

This morning I had a very positive experience with my GP practice.. I’ve been struggling with a painful and reddening toe which initially I thought was a gym injury but this morning was leaking pus :( so I sent a photo at 07:30 to the triage team. By 8:45 I had a phone call and was given an appointment for 10:00. I saw the clinic based paramedic who was amazing, 25 minutes of care and treatment, lancing and dressing it, with such kindness and given a course of antibiotics.
I then drove (2minutes) to the town pharmacy and by the time I got in, my prescription was ready. Such a great service, and all free because I’m over 60. Thank you NHS!
