Feeling somewhat fragile this morning (see yesterday's Blip,)

Went for my early pre working from home walk and very glad I did, the canal at sunrise was beautiful.

Going back to being fragile it wasn't just the red wine but also the astronomical cost. The same last month in Spain would have cost 1/4 of the price, certainly more bang for your Euro on the Costa Del Sol.
