Down at the River
We had a proper, sunny , spring morning which was good for children and staff alike.
We spent a long time at the River playing, and sunbathing under the mature oak trees. I like to think of the children's brains rewiring and making new connections with the help of nature.
After work popped I into the allotment, the soil is very dry but everything is looking good.
Later on walked with mum to Craiglockhart Pond, and very exciting news, we have a nest and the female Swan sitting on eggs, there are 8 other swans at the pond.
