Poo Gecko

A couple of Christmasses ago, Northern posted a photo of her son in a school Christmas concert. He was singing the New Zealand version of the 12 Days of Christmas. It has stuck in my mind, the expression Poo Gecko. Every time I see this wee fella, attached to the shelf in my office, I think of Northern and I smile.

It's actually a Pukeko (a swamp hen), but I like Northern's idea much better.

Just another way that this fantastic community can lift my spirits daily - without even trying. Thank you. :)
