Fiery!

Met a friend P over at the Folk House on Park Street, for a cup of coffee and a long chat. I first met her at my friend L’s funeral. She was another close friend who was chosen to do a eulogy. We have so much in common and I enjoy seeing her very much. I picked up a prospectus for classes, and signed up for a one day course on using your digital camera. I do have a fairly old bridge camera, but I’m a bit scared of it. So I always use my phone. I’m aware I could do different things with a camera, especially the birds in my garden, maybe the insects too.
Did my big Tesco shop in the afternoon - it was noticeable that there were lots of gaps on the shelves, annoyingly a lot of the things I wanted. I wonder whether further food import problems are arising because of the next phase of Brexit. One of the stupidest things ever.
In the early evening I was aware there was a strange bright light in the house; I looked outside and the sky was on fire. This is at 6.25pm. Inspired by fellow blipper Jeansnaps I took the sky and roofline.
