London lights

Went into London after work to meet up with 3 school friends. We've kept in touch and try to meet when we can.  I'm the only woman in the group. We had a good catch up and talked about retirement plans.  1 had already finished,  1 had been made redundant and then become a part time consultant, 1 other suspects redundancy is in the horizon now that coding is being outsourced to China.  It seems only yesterday that we were discussing our university plans.  
Walked back to Picadilly Circus to get the tube and saw the Happy Ramadan lights display. There were lots of lit up cycle rickshaws around too. 
Managed to get on a fast train home and S picked me up from the station. Fun night out but I suspect I'm now the most left leaning of the bunch. I hope they don't turn into old gammons!
