Notes: Woke around 7a but didn't get up right away - felt like I slept pretty well. Low key morning with mini qigong, coffee and some things around the house. Made another batch of kombucha jello, broke down some boxes and pulled out a few things to go to Michelle's that I'll keep there as I head on to my next house/dog sit (in PA). Call w/ another housesitter couple in GA from 2-230p - went well and think they want to go w/ me. We said we'd get back in contact next week after their family leaves. Was debating heading to Potomac Green for some outdoor pickleball - seems nice (low 70s) and not much wind so finally changed and got ready. Left a little after 4p - at first just practiced with a guy who was teaching 2 who had never played before (they were pretty bad). And then some of the other groups were just trying to spin it crazy and the wind kept whipping up, wasn't actually that fun and I turned my right knee a little. Got back around 530p, took a quick shower, fed Chloe and then warmed up some food. Quiet night, tired, feeling slightly out of sorts ... and twisted knee a bit in pickleball - hoping it can heal quickly.
