Our Education Group had a talk and slide show by a Paralympic athlete today on wheelchair curling.  It was most interesting and I learnt a lot about the sport, and the organisation that goes in to the teams.  

It was another beautiful day, icy in the morning but bright sunshine all day.  Another washing out and dried.  I really hope this continues for a bit.

Jill from Toronto was here a few weeks ago with her daughter Lexie and this week she is back again with her dad.  They were over in Amsterdam visiting some distant relatives, but tonight we all had a meal together, and it was great to get all their news.  A quick visit as they fly home tomorrow.  We had a lovely meal and conversation flowed.
