A tablespoon of chopped parsley
Of course I could have just used a knife to chop up the parsley but, using this chopping set which was bought for us by our daughter a few years ago, feels much more professional. Yes, I am actually cooking today, as Gordon went off walking, making the most of a lovely sunny day. I made the most of the light and sunshine in different ways!
