8:8:8

When we planted our lavender hedge last year we were advised by the nursery to cut back the bushes on 8th August by 8inches, hence the 8:8:;8! It's a great tip but there is absolutely no chance it will get done in the next few days!
This is called Lullaby Blue and the bees love it nearly as much as I do.
