I went to school with her. 

Silly early uptime, the sun was shining.  Dog walk (Tommy only, Thorn is in season).  Saw a kingfisher, we stared at each other for five minutes and then he left.  

FIIT session at the gym and back home to get showered.  

Round to Mary's to give Bill his lunch as she was off out gallivanting.  I threw a ball around the garden with a flinger to give Thorn some exercise and then put my face in the sun for an hour.  No gardening for me again today.

Homemade carrot and sweetcorn soup for dinner.  We watched Stacey Solomon's house tidying show to make me feel better about myself, ha ha.
