Sunny Delights

After a morning at the hospital with Richard having an echocardiogram we needed to get out to make the most of the sunshine.

Dalby was looking good on the sunshine. I particularly liked this Moss and Pine Cones. The extras give a flavour of my walk.

Parking at the hospital was dreadful and a good job we added an hour to our journey time. Fortunately because of Richard’s condition we get free car parking. The test was to check Richard’s heart as part of the transplant screening. He coped well with the treadmill after attempts to raise his heart rate with an injection failed three times. Years of running and orienteering paid off and no issues were identified. However Richard was a little wobbly afterwards so we used the lift and I collected the car and picked him up at the entrance.

Once home fed and watered he was happy to have a short stroll in Dalby.
