Missed grandson

Should have had grandson today but as SiLs work trip was cancelled so no need for us.
Hubby got on with painting and I did cleaning, and helping him when needed.
I just got into town for some shopping and got a message from SiL to say they were just about to drive past our house so would call, unfortunately I had to say not at home.
We are babysitting Friday so will see him then.
Boiler guy came back just after lunch to fit a part he didn’t have yesterday.
Lovely sunny walk with Hetty.
Wander round the garden to get a blip, frogs all disappeared as soon as I got near the pond so it had to be a flower.
