Spring Clematis

Today has been gorgeous! After a  busy start which included collecting a painting from a guy who'd been cleaning it for me. It was a wedding gift to Mam and Dad in 1954 from a great uncle and I've always loved it, My sisters were happy for me to have it but it was looking quite dull and grimy. He's done a lovely job :) Photo in extras 
Spent the afternoon in the garden tidying up the shrubs from last year. I've left all the leaf detritus till April to allow critters to use it or feed from it but generally made the garden look a bit more cared for :) It included cutting back all last years growth from the catmint so both cats have spent an idyllic time rediscovering the joy of catmint!
