Sunny joy

I saw these on my way to the day’s main gardening task which was to remove a pile of earth riddled with Bishops weed. They were throwing out their petals in joy. I’m not sure it was because I was to remove some pernicious weeds or because of the glorious sunshine…. I felt equally joyful.
