A common sight throughout the year, but more so in the summer when the bins get fuller. It beats me why we have made such technological advances in so many fields yet can’t create gull-proof rubbish bins. I’m also perplexed by the people who put bags of trash out the night before a collection, only to find the contents scattered all over the pavement and street in the morning. Urban foxes share the blame.
