Great view for coffee

At Mill Bay on Vancouver Island. We were kept awake half the night with a seal pup crying as he was caught underneath the dock we thought. Turns out he was caught in the hole beside the big piling tower. He was a feisty little thing and tried to bite anyone who tried to rescue him. Finally one of our group found some tough gloves and managed to haul him out. His mum was waiting right there and it was the most heartwarming sight to see them united after a traumatic night..they rubbed noses, hugged, swam around the bay and every time they surfaced they were hugging and the joy and relief was felt all round.

I haven't done much commenting recently with spotty Internet and no time but I have been following your journals and seeing some wonderful stuff. Thanks to everyone for visiting and all the nice comments:)
