Duathlon

Despite the head, I'd promised a local sports photographer that I'd help him in photographing a duathlon at Carlisle airport - fortunately it only lasted a couple of hours. 

Loved this lady who ran straight down the centre of the runway in an airplane pose whilst warming up before the race - and she is totally airborne!
