The last...

....daffodils to start coming out in Edinburgh, usually - on the cold, north-facing slope below the Esplanade on Castle Rock. First time I've spotted them; as you can see, the tree buds are still tightly closed. I was on my way to the regular yoga session - seemed to go very smoothly after my exertions on Saturday.

It may be a degree or two warmer since last week - but I'm not sure about whether I should have discarded the thermal vest yet......
