Korean War veteran

At a Purple Heart ceremony tonight honoring all those who have served. This man was sitting close to me and though I have never asked to take a portrait or ever taken one- I just had to talk to him. He was great, told me a story, put his amvet hat on and smiled. His look was calm, and I am very happy with this being my first portrait
