Long legs

Someone in my house has very long legs! It's not me.

One pair is being returned as it has the wrong label, and they are about 4 inches shorter than they should be...

So far, they've given great customer service, and I've been given a voucher for the inconvenience. I can't buy his waist size with that long leg in store, so it's always an online faff.
