They Only Went And Did It!

Little Pepsi (our son and daughter-in-laws dog) is a Newcastle United supporter I am pleased to say.  She was very happy with yesterdays result.

Fantastic that Newcastle won their first domestic trophy in 70 years!  They played well and deserved to win.  There is great joy on Tyneside at the moment and everyone is talking about it.

Unfortunately, I missed both Newcastle goals.  I was making a casserole for tea and the two times I went into stir it, Newcastle scored.  I went in for a third time and when I entered the living room Liverpool had scored.  There were only a few minutes of injury time left so I went back in the kitchen as it seemed to bring Newcastle luck when I was not watching them.  Delighted when Mr YB told me I could come back in the living room as Newcastle had won!
