Free Mind

After a wander and a sketch around the museum and art gallery in Birmingham I found myself more relaxed and centred. I took a picture of this hand from one of the Buddha statues on display I think symbolising 'open' or 'calm'. I'm feeling very positive and much more open to the changes which are going to happen in the next 48 hours so I think the day was a success!
