Del Mar dog beach

This was one of hubby's favorite outings when we came to Oceanside. He just loved seeing Laney running into the waves. I think it reminded him of his youth when he lived in Virginia Beach and would surf before school.
It was a great morning to go, lots of sunshine and dogs running around. Laney is now of the age that she would rather eat the seaweed that has washed ashore than to cavort with other dogs. I had to encourage her to get into the water. But she seemed happy once she was in.
