Cathkin Marshes

A tranquil morning at the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s nature reserve near the Cathkin Braes. Apparently there had been a snipe survey yesterday which had annoyed the waterbirds. It was still pretty quiet, the usual mallards, 2 pairs of teal, the swans and a grey heron. The best part of the day weather wise.
A large flock of fieldfares, and starlings too in the surrounding fields.
